On September 8, 2022, a school enterprise cooperation negotiation meeting between the School of Economics and Management of Jiaotong University and Beijing SF Express Co., Ltd. was held in the Sidong 611 conference room. Zhang Xinying, Deputy Secretary of the School's Party Committee, Professor Lan Hongjie, Director of the Logistics Department, and Hou Libin, Director of Enterprise Human Resources, attended and delivered speeches. The meeting was chaired by Lu Chao, the leader of the alumni project working group.

Firstly, Zhang Xinying warmly welcomed the delegation led by Hou Libin from Shunfeng and introduced the new developments of the college in recent years. The discipline of economics and management originated from the establishment of the school and has a profound historical background. The college has a vision of "leading the development of China's industries", always targeting national strategies and industrial development needs, and actively serving the development of industries such as national transportation and modern logistics. She hoped that enterprises can actively participate, integrate industry and education, jointly cultivate industry leading talents, and jointly promote the construction of China's modern logistics system.

Hou Libin gave a speech to express his gratitude to the school for the invitation and introduction. SF Express was established in 1993 and has since developed rapidly. It is one of the leading express delivery enterprises in China. The company has always paid attention to the training and recruitment of talents, and is willing to partner with the school to cultivate logistics management talents with practical ability and professional quality through the school enterprise cooperation platform. He hopes to further strengthen cooperation in talent cultivation, scientific research, and talent recruitment, and promote the development of the logistics industry together.

The meeting reached a consensus on deepening school-enterprise cooperation, strengthening the cultivating of logistics management talents, and jointly promoting the development of the logistics industry. Both parties will sign a strategic cooperation agreement to carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of talent cultivation, scientific research, and human resources.

Hou Libin stated that as a higher education institution with distinct industry characteristics, Jiaotong University has made outstanding contributions to talent cultivation and research in the transportation and logistics fields, and is also a key talent introduction base for SF Express. He detailed the development, main business, and global layout of the enterprise, hoping to establish a practical training service ecosystem that combines industry and finance through talent reserves, pre training, joint research, and other forms, jointly cultivate industry talents, solve industry problems, and promote industry development.

Subsequently, both parties conducted exchanges and negotiations on talent cultivation and scientific research cooperation, and reached preliminary cooperation consensus on the establishment of training bases, enterprise interest classes, student activity naming, and joint scientific research cooperation.
