From November 8th to 12th, 2017, the tenth global annual meeting of Eduniversal World Convention was held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, attended by more than 120 best business schools deans, business educators, academics and many other professionals from nearly 50 countries and regions over the world. The convention awarded the Top 3 Best Business Schools per geographical zone together with the Eduniversal Palms of Excellence. Our school, since the participation in 2015, again obtained the honor of the World Excellent Business School after the vote of the deans from global business schools, ranking 11th among our counterparts in mainland China.

The convention is a five day event that incorporates keynote speeches, panel sessions, cooperation and exchange of the universities and schools, awarding ceremony, cultural communication activities and so on. The delegates, separately the theme of Findings on the future of management education in the Middle East and North Africa, Strategy and Future Vision for Education in the UAE, The start-up model as a key element for programmes, Closing gender gap through entrepreneurship: Women in Business, New world map of student mobility: the challenges ahead, How to train responsible managers?, etc., made lectures and round-table conversations. And during the face-to-face talk and global business schools exhibition section, delegates from different business schools gathered together and discussed topics like the global cooperation and international communication of business education. Whats more, the delegates and guests also visited American University in the Emirates and the local famous enterprises, participating a series activities of characteristic cultural communications.

On behalf of our school, associate dean Hua Guowei and Liu Dujuan of Marketing Office attended this convention. Having conducted in-depth communication and exchange with deans, delegates and scholars from various business schools around the world, our representatives shared the experience in cooperation projects and the views regarding to the development trend of business schools and reached preliminary cooperation intention with nearly 10 business schools, including Lisbon University Institute, IMT Dubai, and School of Knowledge Economy and Management.

As to our school, with 3 Palms, we have been rated as the eleventh among our counterparts in mainland China and accredited as a business school with certain influence in the world.
