On November 19, 2020, the self-improving of SEM of the School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University successfully held the 2020-2021 "Experience Sharing, Accompanying You" exchanged meeting. This event aims to bring the distance between the 20th grade freshmen and Beijing Jiaotong University and let the freshmen Learn more about the pace of life and study at Beijing Jiaotong University, let the precious experience help students get rid of the confusion and fear of the unknown, and meet the challenges to the future of a fuller, optimistic and progressive spirit. The event was held in the afternoon and evening.

    On November 19, 2020, 14:30-16:00, the self-improving of SEM of School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University,  successfully held the first experience sharing meeting at Sidong 304, which aims to deepen students’ understanding of postgraduate entrance examinations and postgraduate studies. Know the skills of resume production in advance to lay the foundation for future employment development. Many freshmen sprung up to listen to their experiences sharing.

    The first session of the experience sharing session was hosted by Xie Yangyang. Senior Wu Feng, Senior Sister Wang Jiarui, and Teacher Wang Ping shared their valuable experience in learning and employment for freshmen.

    Senior Wu Feng's lecture focused on the postgraduate entrance examination, and analyzed the reasons for the postgraduate entrance examination, as well as the specific directions and preparation methods for the postgraduate entrance examination.

    Sister Wang Jiarui’s lecture focused on how to obtain the qualifications for exemption from undergraduate studies and successfully apply for research.

    Teacher Wang Ping gave us an in-depth and specific description of how to make a high-quality resume.

    It lasted more than an hour, and the first experience sharing session of the self-improving of SEM of the School of Economics and Management ended successfully.

    From 19:00-20:00 in the evening of November 19, 2020, the self-improving of SEM of the School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University successfully held the second experience sharing meeting at Sidong 304. Senior sister Li Xueling and senior Zhang Qilin shared their valuable experience for students. Both seniors and sisters have won first prizes in scientific research competitions. With rich experience in the competition, they carefully prepared a PPT to explain the precautions about the competition and remind them not to ignore the courses that should be studied because of the competition.

    The second session of the "Experience Sharing, Accompanying You" exchange meeting of the self-improving of SEM of the School of Economics and Management, which lasted one hour, ended successfully, which also marked the successful conclusion of this exchange meeting. The experience sharing session not only allows freshmen to learn from the valuable experience of seniors and teachers, avoid detours, but also inspire students to explore their own learning methods of the future study and life, so that they can study for four years in university.
